Clients:
Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be charged 35% of the booked service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the service amount. In the event that Vista SoCal must cancel or reschedule a shoot due to illness, equipment failure, or personal reasons, clients have the option to reschedule with 20% off or cancel the shoot entirely.
Vista SoCal:
This cancellation policy does not apply to cancellations made by Vista SoCal for reasons related to bad weather. Outdoor photography, drone operations and natural lighting conditions may require rescheduling to maintain media quality standards. Vista SoCal reserves the right to reschedule all drone services when conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant with FAA operational standards.

CLIENT LOYALTY PRICING
As a thank you for trusting Vista SoCal, clients retain their original service pricing for up to 12 calendar months from their first service with Vista SoCal, even if standard pricing increases during that time period.
